Summit Sweets specializes in handmade artisanal chocolates, classic lollies, gourmet fudge, custom candy bouquets, event catering with sweet treats, and bulk confectionery sales. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance. We strive to display product information and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Online Orders and Payment

When placing an order through our online platform, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched or services are rendered. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items ordered and all applicable shipping and handling charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Summit Sweets dispatches orders in accordance with the shipping options selected during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Summit Sweets pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, Summit Sweets generally does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Opened or consumed products cannot be returned or refunded.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software, is the property of Summit Sweets or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any content from our site is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
